By placing an order with INDI INSIDE, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Return & Exchange Policy. Our aim is to make your shopping experience smooth, transparent, and enjoyable. We request you to carefully read all the terms before making a purchase.

  • Return & Exchange Eligibility (3 Days Only)

    We accept returns or exchanges only within 3 days of delivery, and only in the case of damaged or wrong products received.

    If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery by sharing clear images/videos of the product along with your order number via:

    Requests raised after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted under any circumstances.

    Important Conditions

    • Please refer to the size chart carefully before placing an order.
      ❌ We do not accept returns or exchanges due to size issues.
    • No return or exchange is applicable on Jewellery.
    • Exchange/return is not accepted if the product has been washed, worn, altered, or damaged by the customer.
    • Product-specific return or exchange conditions (if any) will be clearly mentioned on the respective product page.

    Return Process

    Once your request is approved by the INDI INSIDE team (next working day):

    • Customers must self-ship the product back to us, if courier facility is not available at your location in this situation ship by yourself translate
    • Please ensure you collect a courier acknowledgement receipt mentioning:
        • Number of products sent
        • Courier person’s signature & mobile number

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 10 hours of placing the order.
  • To cancel, please contact us on our official contact number.
  • The customer agrees to accept the final decision made by INDI INSIDE regarding cancellations.

Color Disclaimer

  • Our products are handcrafted and handled through multiple human processes; slight variations in color, texture, and finish are natural.
  • A 10–12% color variation may occur due to screen resolution, lighting, and photography.
  • Such variations will not be considered as defects and are not eligible for return or exchange.
