  • Products that are on sale or discounted PRICE or purchased with a coupon or gift voucher are not eligible for returns, refund or exchange.
  • Please go through the size chart carefully for products, We don't take Size issues returns.
  • No exchange or return for Sarees, Accessories, Home Decor & Jewellery categories.
  • The return and exchange policy for such products is clearly mentioned on the product page.

  • Once acknowledged by the INDI INSIDEย team during next working day, please send the product back to us yourself, we do not have a reverse pickup facility for now.

  • Please do not forget to take acknowledgement receipt from the courier person about the number of products you are dispatching with his signature and mobile number.ย INDI INSIDE will not be responsible for any lost shipment.

  • If you want us to arrange pick up, The cost of return shipping is at the customerโ€™s expense and is non-refundable - Which is 300/- INR OR Actual (Whichever is Higher).

Can I cancel my order?

  • You can cancel your orders within 10 hours of placing the order. Please call us on PHONENUMBER to request a cancellation.

  • Our products are made and handled by human hands involving various processes. There are bound to be variations in color, finish and overall look. The colors you see on our website will depend on the accuracy of your monitor for which subtle variations must be acknowledged.
  • 10-12% Color difference depends on the screen resolution of the device used by the client and camera lights, please donโ€™t expect an exchange or return for the same.
  • Exchange/Return not accepted if the product is washed and worn.
