- Indi Inside’s exchanges policy is hassle-free and simple.

- You need to exchange a product within 3 days.

- Only wrong delivered item and Damaged items are exchangeable.

- The product should be unused, unwashed and in undamaged condition.

- The item should be returned with its original packaging.

- Only after receiving it, we will inspect and initiate the refund process (if all policy conditions are met)

- The usual time of dispatch of your size exchange order is 3-5 Business Days after we receive your product at our warehouse (subject to size availability).

- Indi Inside’s products bought from other stores/websites cannot be returned to us.
